The residential block for adults of studio apartment will consist of ground plus 1 floor, with 9 units on 2nd floor equipped with elevators and steps facility.
Vedaanta Utsav is in the same campus it is a villa community with 80 villas of various configurations along with all the services, built and operated as an exclusive Retirement Community.
All services will be managed & provided by Vedaanta Senior Living.
There will be 24/7 primary health care facility within the campus with an in house nurse and doctor on call. The community will have an ambulance with a driver available at all times, along with a tie up with multi-speciality hospitals in the vicinity. Apart from this, a medical committee consisting of paediatrician, adult neurologist, adult psychiatrist and counsellor will advice the community.
The Together Community is situated at a 20 min distance from Kauvery Hospital in large multi specialty hospital in Hosur. Narayana Health City, Bommasandra is 45 mins away.
The Together Community is located about 5 kms from Hosur town that is the nearest point for shopping etc. The Together Community also plans to operate a small general store manned by the adults. There will also be regular staff travelling to and fro, several times a week for picking up and delivering goods
The Together Community will have provision for physiotherapy for adults as well as parents/senior citizen.
There will be fully equipped cafeteria facility that will cater to parents, adults, professionals, caregivers and staff in The Together Community. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages such as tea and coffee will be served and other extra refreshments will be available at additional cost. The cafeteria will serve vegetarian food only.
The Governing Body and Parent Committees of The Together Community will play a large role in supervising the security system. All the residents of the community including professionals, caregivers and parents will be guided to follow the safety rules, particularly while working and interacting with the adults. The common areas of the entire campus, the studio apartment building and vocational training centre will be equipped with CCTV monitoring.
There will be weekly gatherings at the community hall, movie shows, outdoor visits to nearby tourist spots and regular community gatherings at the temple inside the campus.
Parents are required to pay for housekeeping of the villa, common areas maintenance, all services of the community such as primary health care, kitchen and services overhead, community hall, temple etc. Paying for food is based on consumption and a nominal cafeteria fee will be applicable to every parent.
The day-to-day functioning of The Together Community will be managed by a team of professionals consisting of residence manager, medical staff, caregivers, housekeeping and other staff.
All units in the studio block will be cleaned on a daily basis, this will include sweeping, mopping & other general maintenance activities
The villa’s including deposits will cost between 110 lacs to 122 lacs plus taxes, legal, deposits & statutory charges.
The indicative cost per adult and the parent will be around Rs.65,000/- per month including food for the special adult. Parents can choose to opt out of food entirely or on specific days / meals. Cost of food for parents would be around Rs.16,000/- per month.

The Together Community is for parents who are seriously committed to moving into the campus within a few months of inception of the project i.e. year 2025. This is a parent driven community and requires the contribution and engagement of parents.

Every adult with disability in The Together Community will get an individual studio apartment.
Every studio apartment has the provision for a one-on-one caregiver, if required.
Every studio apartment has an attached bathroom with hot and cold water facility.
There will group caregivers assigned to every 6 adults. However, adults who require one on one assistance will be assigned with an individual caregiver.
The recurring monthly cost mentioned in the brochure does not include the charges for individual caregiving. This will be paid for separately.
The Together Community will be equipped with a vocational training centre that will try to offer varied work skill areas for adults to learn and engage with. The sheltered vocational workshop within the campus will offer training in data entry for financial institutions, manufacture of edible products (provided it is commercially viable), manufacture of eco-friendly products, job work etc.
The adults who work in the sheltered vocational workshop will be paid a monthly stipend based on the quantum of work that is produced, regularity at work and number of products sold.

The adults will be guided to follow a daily physical exercise program in one or more of the following areas: walking, running, cycling, swimming, skating etc.
Parents are allowed to have guests and relatives and this will be charged based on consumption at the cafeteria, they can stay in the community. Only consumption will be charged.
The studio apartment is the home of the adults and parents/family members will be allowed to visit. However, since the security and safety of the adult is paramount, a supervised routine will be established for the same.
The Together Community is designed for parents and adults to have easy interaction. Adults will be allowed to visit and stay over at the villas of the parents according to an established routine.

The adults in the studio apartments will have access to a small pantry on their respective floors for preparing instant snacks/tea. Parents will be discouraged from bringing food over to the studio apartment. This is to ensure that the adults settle well with eating in the cafeteria and not get confused that parents will bring something extra for them.
